RaceVPN provides VPN access for lawful privacy, security, and connectivity purposes only. By creating or using a RaceVPN account, you agree that you will not use RaceVPN services, servers, accounts, or network resources for any unlawful, harmful, abusive, or disruptive activity.
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Threats, bomb threats, terrorism-related activity, violent threats, harassment, intimidation, or any communication intended to cause public fear or emergency response.
- DDoS attacks, network attacks, scanning, brute force attacks, unauthorized access, hacking, credential theft, malware distribution, botnet activity, exploitation of systems, or attempts to bypass security controls.
- Spam, phishing, fraud, impersonation, financial scams, fake identity activity, account abuse, or abuse of email, messaging, payment, or social platforms.
- Copyright infringement, illegal distribution of content, illegal marketplace activity, child exploitation content, or any activity prohibited by applicable laws.
- Activity that harms or may harm individuals, organizations, public services, infrastructure, communities, or any country.
- Reselling, sharing, rotating, or publishing RaceVPN accounts/configurations for abuse, mass automation, bot activity, or malicious campaigns.
User responsibility
RaceVPN is not responsible for unlawful actions committed by users. Each user is solely responsible for how they use the VPN account, server, and connection details provided by RaceVPN.
Limited account creation and abuse-prevention logs
RaceVPN does not monitor, inspect, or store users’ browsing activity, VPN traffic content, DNS queries, or websites visited through the VPN connection.
To prevent abuse, protect the service, enforce account creation limits, and comply with applicable legal obligations, RaceVPN may collect and store limited account creation and security logs, including IP address, country, region, city, timezone, ISP/provider, device/browser user agent, selected server, selected protocol, account username, account creation time, expiration time, visitor token/member identifier, captcha verification status, and agreement confirmation.
Legal and abuse requests
RaceVPN does not permit users to use the service anonymously for criminal, threatening, abusive, or harmful purposes. If RaceVPN receives a valid abuse report, legal notice, emergency request, subpoena, court order, or request from a competent law-enforcement authority, RaceVPN may preserve, review, suspend, terminate, and disclose relevant logs and account information to the appropriate authority, to the extent permitted or required by applicable law.
Enforcement
RaceVPN may immediately suspend or delete any VPN account suspected of abuse without prior notice. RaceVPN may also block access, rate-limit account creation, blacklist abusive IP addresses, disable affected servers, and cooperate with hosting providers, network operators, cybersecurity teams, and law-enforcement agencies when necessary to investigate or prevent abuse.
